Cancellations made well in advance of departure are eligible for a partial refund as per our booking terms, minus non-recoverable advances paid to local vendors, permits, and homestays.
Northeast and Himalayan border-region routes are weather-dependent — landslides, snowfall, or road closures can force last-minute itinerary changes. In such cases we will always try to offer an alternate plan first; refunds for unused portions are handled case-by-case. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change so we can accommodate you fairly.
